Help define a compliant
future pilot.
FHBG currently records first-party buyer requests and does not route leads. This page gathers professional discovery interest and documents the controls required before any pilot could begin.
Research criteria before any pilot.
FHBG stays information-only and keeps buyer details first-party. No provider access or referral is currently enabled. Discovery work tests whether compliant scope, consent, acceptance, disclosure, and response controls can be documented.
What “good” means for New Zealand.
FHBG is an information site and is not currently operating a referral service. We do not provide regulated financial advice or pass identifiable buyer details to providers.
Financial advice fit
Mortgage and insurance partners should operate under an appropriate NZ Financial Advice Provider arrangement and be able to explain their disclosure process.
Privacy Act 2020 consent
Partner validation starts with redacted context. Contact details would move only after a partner pilot is accepted and the buyer gives separate explicit consent for that service.
No volume theatre
Any future terms would require documented response, acceptance, disclosure, buyer-usefulness, and cancellation criteria — not inflated traffic claims.
Controlled pilot
before scale.
No active data transfer
Buyer details remain first-party while validation research is incomplete.
Aggregate proof first
Discovery may use aggregate demand patterns, not raw buyer details.
Criteria-led research
Interested professionals can help define region, scope, disclosure, and response standards.
